yeah, it’s okay i guess edit: at first i gave it 5 stars but i am changing it to 4 stars because i’m not sure if it’s the best out of all the restaurants I’ve reviewed on Google

It's the island where Tokyo is situated. Also Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka. Since I was there in summer, it was really nice. Can be very cold in winter. Area is also known for earthquakes. There was the Fukushima earthquake in the northern part in 2011.
